Abstract
Blending involves missing fertilizer raw materials, while bagging involves packing blended materials into bags. Before blending, the formula grade should be checked to ensure accuracy. Additionally, raw materials required to satisfy the nutrient guarantee should be available, and enough bags should be used. Batch blending or continuous blending can be used. Double stitches are recommended for bagging to ensure the bag is tightly secured. Bags with an inner lining and transparent sides should be used when lending. According to ECOWAS regulations, labeling should be permanent, clear, prominent, and in an official language after bagging. The labeling should contain the grade, formulation, weight, nutrient sources, and manufacturer details.
