Abstract
This project aimed to align with national development plans and prioritize potatoes as a key crop while also addressing critical gaps in the enabling environment for the potato sector. By supporting the Uganda Potato Platform in developing the ASSP for potatoes and facilitating the establishment of seed potato certification and inspection guidelines, the project contributed to the overall goal of enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of the potato sector in Uganda.
