| Abstract | This module is designed to help train people using agricultural input packages developed to promote the combined use of improved variety seeds, appropriate fertilizer formulas, and good farming practices. The objectives are to provide participants with methods and tools of andragogy and the provision of essential information to understand AI and the FeSeRWAM platform. The target audience is researchers in national agricultural research systems, agricultural advisers, vendors, and distributors; grassroots agents and facilitators of NGOs; actors in technical agricultural education; and agribusinesses. This training aims to help participants understand AIP, the FeSeRWAM platform, the training system for the distribution of AIP, adult learning, and communication techniques. The approach that will be used is the participative one, in which learners are at the centre. The training will be conducted through a series of presentations and discussions. Self-correcting exercises and discussions will enable the trainers to test their knowledge. | |
