| Abstract | This factsheet provides an analysis of fertilizer use and trends in Togo from 2013 to 2022, highlighting the critical role of data-driven decisions in optimizing agricultural practices. In 2022, total fertilizer imports reached 114,145 metric tons, with NPK compounds constituting 58% and urea 42% of total consumption. The data illustrates fluctuations in fertilizer demand for major crops, including cassava, maize and rice, corresponding to seasonal planting, growing and harvesting periods. | |
